General: By purchasing a ticket to the Earlton Lions Club 34th Annual Draw, the purchaseracknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Rules and Regulations. The liability of the licensee shall be limited to the purchase price of the ticket. All draws will be held at 2:00 pm at Coeur du Village situated at 18-10th Street East, Earlton, ON
Eligibility: By purchasing a ticket, the purchaser confirms that they are at least 18 years of age and purchases the ticket in the province of Ontario. Only tickets that have been paid for and have been verified as paid for are eligible for the respective draws.
Tickets: Only 9,000 tickets will be available at a cost of $60.00 each. Method of payment accepted: cash, cheque, money order, credit card, and e-transfers to clublionsearlton@gmail.com. Ticket purchasers must be at least 18 years of age and tickets cannot be ordered in the name of a minor. Tickets must be ordered and sent in the province of Ontario. Tickets may be ordered by mail (Earlton Lions Club, Box 193, Earlton, ON P0J 1E0), telephone (705-563-2122), online at earltonlions.com, from any members of the Earlton Lions Club and stores that advertise our posters. Purchasers selecting to receive their tickets by email should receive them within five business days of the order date. Mailed tickets should arrive within three weeks following the order date. No refunds will be issued after the commencement of the draw. If you have not received your ticket(s), please contact the Earlton Lions Club at 705-563-2122 or email clublionsearlton@gmail.com for a replacement.
Prizes/Draws: Prizes may not be exactly as shown. All prizes must be accepted as awarded and claimed within six months after the draw date. If at the end of six (6) months the prize has still not been claimed, the prize or monies equivalent to the fair market value of the prize will be donated to a beneficiary approved by, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario. 1st Prize – 2023 Ford Explorer Timberline 4WD & 2023 Apex Ultra Lite 186BH travel trailer valued at $121,778.74 including all applicable taxes, freight, and PDI. The winner is responsible for obtaining insurance for the SUV and camper from the time of ownership. 2nd Prize – Camping/Backyard Adventure which includes the following: 1 Kuma screen tent, 1 Kuma double heated chair, 2 Kuma single heated chairs, 1 Kuma 19” propane fire pit, 1 Kuma kitchen, 1 Coleman cooktop, 1 Kuma Big Bear table 56” X 27.5”, 1 Hyundai 2200 inverter, 1 Yeti 45 hard cooler, 2 Yeti Rambler 295 ml mugs, 2 Yeti Rambler 591 ml travel mugs and a $200 LCBO gift certificate for a total value of $5,127.48. 3rd prize - $3,000 cash. 4th to and including 13th prizes will be for $100 each cash. All prizes, excluding cash, must be picked up in the Town of Earlton and/or Temiskaming Shores. Winners will be notified of the pick-up location. All cash prizes will be paid by cheque.
Ticket sales will close Friday, October 20, 2023, at 11:59 pm.
Main Draw – October 27, 2023, @ 2:00 pm. Only sold tickets will be included in the draw. The drum will be turned at least 3 times before the 4th – 13th prizes (10 tickets of $100 each) are drawn. Those 10 tickets will be returned to the drum for all remaining draws. The drum will be turned at least 3 times before a single ticket for the 3rd prize of $3,000 cash will be drawn. That ticket will be returned to the drum for the remaining draws. The drum will be turned at least 3 times before a single ticket for the 2nd prize of the Camping/Backyard Adventure valued at $5,127.48 will be drawn. That ticket will be returned to the drum for the final draw. The drum will be turned at least 3 times before a single ticket for the 1st prize for the 2023 Ford Explorer Timberline 4WD & 2023 Apex Ultra Lite 186BH travel trailer valued at $121,778.74 including all applicable taxes, freight, and PDI.
Prize Winner Notification: Prizes will be awarded to the primary purchaser listed on the ticket. It is the responsibility of the primary ticket holder to share win information and prize(s) with any
other person(s) associated with the winning ticket(s). All winners will be contacted by telephone, if a telephone number is unavailable, winners will be contacted by mail. All draws will be done live via the Earlton Lions Club Facebook page. All winners’ names and ticket numbers will be published on the following business day on the earltonlions.com website and Facebook. A list of all winners will also be published in the Temiskaming Speaker. Winners must be able to show proof of age (18 years old and over) before receiving their prize.
Privacy: By claiming a prize, the winners consent to the use of their likeness/photograph, first and last name, ticket number, city/town of residence, and the audio/video recording of the winner notification telephone call, for any publicity purposes by the Earlton Lions Club. The Earlton Lions Club respects the privacy of its lottery supporters; we do not sell, rent, or trade our supporter lists. The information we collect is used to process lottery ticket purchases, and keep our supporters informed about the activities of the Earlton Lions Club.
