RULES AND REGULATIONS

  1. Tickets are $60.00 each. All prizes to be accepted as offered and may not be exactly as illustrated.  There are no substitutions.  Prizes have no cash value unless otherwise stated.  All prizes must be accepted as awarded and claimed within six (6) months after the draw date.  If at the end of the six (6) months the prize has still not been claimed, the prize or monies equivalent to the fair market value of the prize will be donated to a beneficiary approved by, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario.  Draw is October 22, 2026.  Order of draw is:  first prize, then second prize, then third prize, then fourth prize, then fifth prize, then sixth prize, then seventh prize, then eight prize, then ninth prize, then tenth prize, then eleventh prize, then twelfth prize, then thirteenth prize.  Winning tickets will not be eligible for other draws.  Only 13,000 tickets will be issued.  Tickets on sale until 5 p.m. on October 15, 2026.
  2. Only persons aged 18 years or older may purchase tickets and be eligible to win. Tickets cannot be purchased in the name of a minor.
  3. Tickets must be purchased and mailed in the province of Ontario. For online and phone ticket orders where a valid email address is provided, official tickets will be provided by email.  Where no email address is provided, official tickets will be mailed.  It is the responsibility of ticket purchasers to ensure that they receive their ticket(s) prior to the draw.  However, purchasers do not need their ticket(s) in hand in order to be included in the respective draw(s).  The name on the ticket cannot be changed and tickets cannot be reimbursed after October 15, 2026.
  4. ONE PERSON PER TICKET WILL BE ELIGIBLE TO WIN. Additional names will not be considered.  Prizes will be awarded to the primary ticket holder only (considered as the first name which appears on the ticket immediately next to the word “name” in the space provided).  It is the responsibility of the primary ticket holder to allocate the prize as necessary.
  5. Earlton Lions Club members, volunteers and sponsors’ employees are eligible to purchase tickets and win. Earlton Lions Club Executive members and their family members living at the same address are not eligible to win.  Contestants may enter the draw as often as they wish.
  6. By purchasing a ticket you are granting Earlton Lions Club, the right to publish your name(s), address(es) and photograph(s) if you are chosen as a winner. You also grant the Earlton Lions Club the right to use your name for promotional purposes.
  7. The liability of the Earlton Lions Club, to the confirmed owner of the ticket is limited to the purchase price of the ticket.
  8. All draws will be held at Coeur du Village, 18 10th Street East, Earlton, Ontario on October 22, 2026 at 2 p.m. EST. Winning ticket draws will be held under the supervision of Kemp Elliott Blair LLP.  Records of KEB LLP shall be deemed correct and final.
  9. Prize prices include HST and licence fees where applicable, but not insurance.
  10. Only tickets that have been paid for and/or have been verified as paid for are eligible to be entered for the respective draw(s).

DISHONOURED CREDIT CARD PAYMENT OR NSF CHEQUE SHALL CAUSE IMMEDIATE FORFEITURE OF THE TICKET WITHOUT PRIOR NOTIFICATION TO THE PURCHASER.   The forfeit ticket will be transferred to the next applicant and resold as determined by the Draw Chairman.  This transaction will be recorded with our accounting and auditing firm prior to the draw.

  1. Winning tickets drawn are not eligible for any or all subsequent draws. The drawing of the winner(s) will be made using Random Number Generator software.

PRIZES

  1. The Grand Prize includes 2026 Toyota Tundra 4X4 Crewmax SR, 3.4L Twin Turbo TRD Off Road w/towing mirrors (FOB New Liskeard) & 2026 Jay Feather 26BHSL travel trailer (FOB Earlton) for a combined total valued of $134,312.00 (including taxes, registration). 1st Prize must be accepted as offered with no exceptions, cash alternatives or refunds.
  2. All Prizes must be accepted as offered with no exceptions, cash alternatives (unless indicated) or refunds.

2nd Prize offered is one $10,000.00 cash prize.   Confirmed winner must accept prize as offered.

3rd Prize offered is one $5,000.00 cash prize.  Confirmed winner must accept prize as offered.

The next 10 prizes (4th, through 13th) are cash prizes of $1,000.00 each.  Confirmed winners must accept prize as offered.

EARLTON LIONS 2026 50/50 DRAW RULES AND REGULATIONS

  1. All rules applicable to the 37th Annual Draw also apply to the Earlton Lions 2026 50/50 draw.
  2. Tickets for the Earlton Lions 2026 50/50 draw are sold separately of the 37th Annual Draw, and may be only ordered in conjunction with the 37th Annual Draw tickets. A Main Draw ticket must be purchased to be eligible to buy 50/50 tickets.
  3. The Earlton Lions 2026 50/50 draw tickets can be ordered by phone at (705) 563-2122 or online at https://earltonlions.rafflenexus.com. All tickets in a pack must contain the same information and will be issued in the name of the primary buyer and sent to the address provided. If no email address is provided, the official tickets will be mailed.
  4. Tickets are $10 each; three (3) pack for $25; five (5) pack for $40. All tickets purchased will be issued in sequential order.  There will be no restriction on the number of 37th Annual Draw 50/50 Extra tickets offered for sale.  Tickets are on sale until 5:00 p.m. October 15, 2026. 5.  37th Annual Draw 50/50 Extra comprises of one (1) prize.  The winner will receive 50% of the total accumulated jackpot.  A Random Number Generator software will be used to draw the winner at Coeur du Village, 18 10th Street East, Earlton, Ontario on October 22, 2026 following the final draw of the 37th Annual Draw.
