A) If you have not received a ticket within 2 weeks of ordering, please contact us at 705-563-2122 to ensure your order has been processed.
Q) Can I cancel my ticket and get a refund?
A) Tickets can be cancelled at any time BEFORE the draws begin and you will receive a refund to the amount that was paid for the ticket(s). Once the draws have begun, no refunds are allowed.

A) The Grand Prize Draw will be held on October 27, 2024 at 1:00 p.m.
